How many “first time” you will have in your life?

Hello, Everyone, My name is Jessica, I would like to share my first experience which I had in Lita company.

大家好，我是利他公司的推广成员–杰西卡。希望与你分享，我在利他公司的许多“第一次”体验。

The first time: I feel I am so lucky.

We were playing a game in Mid-Autumn Festival, guess what? I won the first prize, It was my first to get a big prize without even doing anything, it was an iphone 6. I shared my happiness with my families and friends excitedly. It made me believe there is something called miracle and good luck. So we should always have hope in mind, “Tomorrow” is always worth to wait.

第一次：我感觉自己如此幸运。

2015年，很幸运地，在公司“中秋博饼”活动中，我中了头奖。这真是让人感到喜出望外的事情。奖品是iphone 6 手机，我兴奋地和我的亲人朋友分享这份喜悦，因为它不仅仅是一部手机，而是奇迹和幸运的象征。这份体验，让我铭记，只要心怀希望，明天永远值得期待。

The first time: I feel grateful.

I am a student, a daughter, a sister and an aunt, I seldom felt grateful for all love I got from my teacher, my parents, my elder sister and my niece. In Lita company, in our team, in this big family, I got the chance to learn from partners, to learn how they show their love to their families, to learn their awareness to be grateful all the time. Gradually, I know the importance to be grateful for what I have, which makes me feel happiness is with me forever.

第一次：我心怀感恩。

在生活中，我扮演着不同的角色：学生、女儿、妹妹或小姨，我拥有着来自老师、父母、姐姐和侄女侄儿的爱，然而，我并没有真切地去感受这些弥足珍贵的爱和感动。值得庆幸的是，在利他公司这个大团队，大家庭中，我能够有机会向我的伙伴学习，学习他们的感恩和付出。这也是对公司名字的一种诠释：用心付出，当我们学会感恩，学会付出，学会赞美和成就他人的时候，我们得到的是内心的幸福。

The first time: I find out love in my deep heart.

Thanks to our leaders in Lita company, I got the great opportunity to join a training, which helped me to awaken to my true self. “God helps those who help themselves ”, The training teach me the importance to look into my mind and deep heart, I find the value of our life in this training. The more I try to correct myself, the more happiness I can create and gain.

第一次：我重拾我心底的爱。

公司一直重视员工的潜能开发，2015年，我跟随公司的大队伍，抵达上海，参加了心本管理培训，从广州到上海，飞行距离一千多公里。心本培训学习，四天三夜。而我回看内心，却用了26年的时间距离。“天助自自助者”–这次培训让我能够与自己独处，与自我交流，发现潜藏在自己内心几乎被忽略的感受。一直急于索取，却忘了“我是一切的源头”。通过发现自我，回看自己，可以创造更多的可能和幸福。

The first time: I want to try my best to be more efficient.

I have been working in Lita company for around one and a half years, my team always reminds me of the responsibility I should take. We are a team, we have the same goal, and we reach the goal by all of us, it makes sense when everyone is trying his best. And we did, we reached the goal we had made together. We tried, and we achieved, it is more than proud.

第一次：我想要努力追求高效。

时间如梭，转眼，来到利他公司已经一年半了。这段时间里，我们团队不断在刷新目标记录，团队的每一个人都为了共同的目标竭尽全力，互相支持。我们承诺一个目标，为了目标，我们努力奋斗，我们一起达到目标，而这个过程，在记忆里留下的，不仅仅是自豪。

I believe I will experience more “first time” in Lita company, cause we are a team never say never, we are a team keeping moving, we are a team with love, we are a team with the belief “no pain, no gain”, we are a team with prospect. Thanks for your reading, looking forward to your coming.
